Amy Yasbeck is best known for her big screen roles in movies such as Pretty Woman, Dead Husbands, and Problem Child 2. She is also the widow of John Ritter, recent star of the hit sitcom 8 Simple Rules. You'll know Matthew Glave as Drew Barrymore's egotistical fiance in The Wedding Singer. Matthew also had roles in Corky Romano and Rock Star.

Related by Family (a.k.a. Life on a Stick) is a comedy about a "modern" couple — Rick and Michelle — faced with the tricky challenge of raising children from previous marriages. Rick's son, Laz, 18, is laid back and "laz"y — no job and not looking for one either. Michelle's daughter, Molly, is an angst-ridden 16-year-old who wants to shut herself off from the world. 

And then...there's Gus, the 8 year old son who the parents adore and the step-siblings resent. Since the parents think he's a walking miracle, the other kids feel left out and only...related by family. Maybe life without Gus can be arranged...?
